Circuit Training

A full body power hour of total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardio exercise. We change our routine each week to target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways. Utilizing a mix of free weights, medicine balls, bands, bars, and your own body weight, we combine strength, conditioning, and cardio to keep your body guessing and working.

Strength & Conditioning

With a focus on strength training, this class works your muscles in every direction. We will work all muscle groups during each class create total body synergy. With this class you will push, pull, and press your way to build muscle and blast fat.


Semi Private/1:1

If you are just starting a workout regimen, or want to take your fitness routine to the next level, our Semi Private or 1:1 training sessions are perfect for a completely custom tailored workout to your goals. Each session combines high intensity interval training, strength training, and core. With Enza pushing you and tracking your progress, we will crush your fitness goals.
